What I Do

Technical Lead
I’m in charge to lead projects by streamlining the understanding of a project lifecycle from inception to completion, working across functional teams, managing scope, schedule, budget, status, health, risks, and issues. Working closely with stakeholders and vendors in order to complete the project by focusing on info gathering and preparing complete reports that showcase the projects’ overall workflows and challenges comprehensively.

Trainer and Awareness
Craft and conduct end-user training for all the in-house developed software and other IT related training programs for existing employees and new hires across the organization. I’m also responsible for creating and maintaining IT documentation, including training materials, workflow, process, and policies.

Security Lead
Responsible to ensure that all work being completed across the various disciplines in IT are assessed in terms of vulnerabilities and exposure to internal or external attack.

Open Source Researcher and Improvement
Responsible for learning and research of open source technology, with a goal to minimize the expenses and able to create and present the products to the organization.

Infrastructure System Administrator
Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. My participation in technical research and development to enable continuous innovation within the infrastructure and ensuring the system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, and Partners.

Management
Manages and leads a team of employees. Communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to the team. Motivates team members and assesses performance. Provides help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance. Communicates concerns and policies among management and team members.

SAP Basis Support Administrator
As SAP Basis Support is to ensure users can access without any issues. Executing daily operational activities related to SAP environment including; transports, setup/configuration, operational SAP monitoring, troubleshooting, and error handling.

Leadership
My career began in positions of team leader and engineering manager at information technology businesses. I've had the opportunity to work in positions that required people management. Throughout my career, I've gathered a wealth of knowledge, developed and enhanced my talents, learned to take ownership of difficult challenges, and mastered the art of managing complex procedures.

Creativity & Innovation
Creativity is the main attribute when we are facing conflict in the meeting which is required a diversion skill in a positive way of resolving the issues.

Problem Solving
Ability to gather as much information as I can and let intuition, logic, and innovative thinking drive the best solution.

Verbal Communication & Written
Provide an explanation during the meeting or discussion with the team to get a final conclusion before going with the development; this is how I deal with folks who run into problems.

Presentation
Lead the presentation for newcomers, brief the IT policy and create awareness to the organization how important the IT security.

Motivated
I put the most effort into my work, an assignment given and learn from past mistakes and failure.
